A 37-year-old man who was sentenced to 6 months in jail on drug costs in 2016 is suing the Texas Division of Legal Justice (TDCJ) over claims that no one may take him to the hospital for a flesh-eating micro organism an infection (MRSA) that was consuming away at his arm as a consequence of workers shortages.
