Giuliani says using Hillary Clinton dirt hacked by Russians was OK

President Trump’s non-public lawyer Rudy Giuliani acknowledged the American public had a “right to know” about Hillary Clinton even if the information obtained right here from Russians hacking into the Democratic National Committee’s pc techniques by way of the 2016 elections.

“They shouldn’t have stolen it, but the American people were just given more information about how deceptive, how manipulative her campaign was,” Giuliani suggested NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “I wonder if there isn’t an argument that the people had a right to know that about Hillary Clinton.”

But NBC’s Chuck Todd pressed Giuliani, asking if it’s all correct for political campaigns to utilize for his or her very personal revenue “materials stolen by foreign adversaries.”

“Well, it depends on the stolen material,” Giuliani responded.

The former New York City mayor went on to cite what Mueller wrote in his 448-page report launched closing Thursday by Attorney General William Barr.

“There was no evidence of collusion with the Russians by Trump or by anyone on the Trump campaign,” Giuliani acknowledged.

Todd questioned why as a result of the president rails at Mueller he doesn’t seem like offended at Moscow for interfering throughout the election and creating the impression that Trump’s victory was illegitimate.”

“Because they tried to frame him. Why wouldn’t you be angry at someone who tired to frame you for a crime and accuse you of treason when it’s absolutely untrue,” he acknowledged.
