Security Kurt Coleman visited with the New Orleans Saints on Thursday, three days after he was launched by a division rival.
Coleman was lower free by Carolina on Monday, a transfer that may save the Panthers $5.25 million on their wage cap upfront of free company.
Saints coach Sean Payton was a part of the contingent that met with Coleman, in accordance with the Instances-Picayune of New Orleans.
Coleman, 29, recorded 76 solo tackles and three passes defensed throughout 12 video games final season in his third marketing campaign for the Panthers. In keeping with Professional Soccer Focus, he was ranked because the 76th-best security within the NFL.

In 2016, Coleman recorded 95 tackles and 4 interceptions in 15 video games.
