Chicago man accused of hurling 2 dogs off balcony during feud

CHICAGO — Chicago Police say felony expenses are pending in opposition to a man after they are saying he threw two small dogs off a second-floor balcony during a battle together with his spouse.

Officer Jennifer Byrk tells the Chicago Tribune that one canine — a 17-year-old Chihuahua — was killed however the different canine ran off and as of Tuesday hadn’t been discovered.

Police say the incident occurred Monday night time. A 55-year-old lady instructed officers her husband slapped her twice, instructed her she cherished her dogs greater than she cherished him and threatened to kill the animals. The lady says he then grabbed the dogs and tossed them off the balcony.

Because the man has not been charged his title has not been launched by police. But Byrk says he was taken into custody.
